MCC Training (Integrated in the A320 Type Rating)
Everything You Need to Know About This Course
The Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) Course is an essential step in a pilot’s training, designed to develop the teamwork, communication, and decision-making skills required for operating multi-crew aircraft. As it is a prerequisite for any multi-crew type rating, we deliver the MCC as an integrated component of our Airbus A320 Type Rating Program, ensuring a seamless transition into airline operations.
*NOTE* This course is integrated in the A320 Type Rating.

Training
The MCC course is a requirement before a pilot may undertake a multi-crew aircraft type rating. Therefore, we offer it as integral part of our A320 Type Rating Course.
Objective
To develop the technical and non-technical components of the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to operate multi-crew aircraft.

Phase 1 - Theoretical knowledge part is approximately 4 days and 25 hours in the classroom; Phase 2 - Practical part (Handling phase) approximately 3 days, and includes 3 sessions each 4 hours in full flight simulator, so total 12 hours in the FFS.
