The Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) Course is an essential step in a pilot’s training, designed to develop the teamwork, communication, and decision-making skills required for operating multi-crew aircraft. As it is a prerequisite for any multi-crew type rating, we deliver the MCC as an integrated component of our Airbus A320 Type Rating Program, ensuring a seamless transition into airline operations.

The A320 Base Training provides pilots with the essential hands-on experience required to complete their Airbus A320 Type Rating. Conducted in a real aircraft, this training focuses on performing take-offs and landings under the supervision of a qualified instructor, ensuring pilots confidently transition from simulator to actual flight operations in a safe and controlled environment

This course ensures pilots maintain or regain the validity of their Airbus A320 Type Rating through comprehensive simulator sessions and proficiency checks, meeting all regulatory requirements for continued operation.

The CRM Recurrent Training course is designed to refresh and reinforce the non-technical skills essential to safe and effective flight operations. Mandated annually or biennially by most aviation authorities (EASA, FAA, ICAO), this course targets flight crew, cabin crew, and other operational aviation personnel.

The Line Training phase, conducted with our partner airline Fly2Sky, is the final stage of A320 training. It gives cadets real-world experience operating scheduled flights under the guidance of experienced Line Training Captains. This stage builds confidence, operational awareness, and professionalism—bridging the gap between simulator training and independent airline operations.
